my husband's uncle was doing his residency in an emergency room, and he had a little boy whose name was spelled almost like orange jello, so he said "orange jello" when he called him back, but he got chewed out by the mom because apparently that name is pronounced, "orANjuhLOW." so now he knows for next time.
anyway, some people pick odd names.
